<h3>Before you install</h3>
<ol>
<li>Setup WWW server, PHP and database server properly.</li>
<li>Prepare a database for your XOOPS site.</li>
<li>Prepare user account and grant the user the access to the database.</li>
<li>Make the directories and the files writable: %s</li>
